I fell in love with aikido in Tokyo, Japan in 2003. I trained everyday under Ando Sensei at the Ryu Dojo for 5 years and completed the Yoshinkan Headquarters one year intensive training course.
Now I run a variety of classes and groups at the Whisby Road Dojo and several after school clubs in the Lincoln area.
If you have any interest we encourage you to try a few sessions, it may scratch the itch, nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say.

I started Aikido after my family began training and quickly
became fully focused on achieving my black belt grade.
I have trained with Ando Sensei, Payet Sensei and Takeno Sensei as well as attending the 1st Ryu Dojo World Junior Aikido tournament in Japan.
I really enjoy coaching people to learn new skills, to develop their on the mat abilities and to gain new confidence in everyday life.
